We provide book keeping services for the majority of our clients, this involves the preparation of sales and purchases ledgers and the calculation of VAT, usually on a bi monthly basis. We also run a payroll bureau for clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
We prepare and audit (when required) annual accounts for each business and submit returns to Revenue and the Companies Registration Office.
We assist clients in start-up with registration, Tax advice and cash flow projections. We also bring companies through the difficult liquidation process.
We provide assistance to clients on issues that arise from time to time including Revenue Audits, Staff problems, Cash flow etc.

Barry Clarke CPA, Dip Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring.
Barry has over 25 years’ experience in practice and having dealt with all types of business he has a good understanding of the requirements of small and medium sized business. He has vast experience in all areas of Taxations and Compliance.
Barry qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in 1996, He also holds a Diploma in Insolvency and Corporate Restructuring from the Law Society of Ireland and a Certificate in Personal Insolvency from the Chartered Accountants Institute.
As well as managing Clarke Corrigan & Co, Barry has lectured in Dundalk Institute of Technology in the subject of cost accounting for the Irish Management Institute and lectured in for the accountant’s technician course in the subject of Tax.
His in-depth knowledge of insolvency gives him a greater knowledge of the potential pitfalls businesses face in these challenging times.
Eddie Corrigan
Eddie graduated from Dundalk Institute of Technology in 1991, having completed a certificate in Business Studies.
Eddie worked in practice in Monaghan for a number of years before joining the Windsor Motor group as company accountant. His role within the company grew to that of group Financial Controller, however his passion was always for practice.
In 2003 Eddie returned to practice and became a partner in 2005.
